Privacy Policy - the basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy.
Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location.
What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors an customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much much more.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Co když se nemohu přihlásit?
Pokud se vám nedaří přihlásit, nejprve zkontrolujte správnost zadaného e-mailu a hesla. V případě zapomenutého hesla použijte funkci „Obnovit heslo“. Pokud problém přetrvává, kontaktujte naši technickou podporu. Možné důvody mohou být i dočasná blokace účtu z bezpečnostních důvodů, chybně ověřená identita nebo technické výpadky. Stav systému průběžně aktualizujeme na webu.
Jak změním heslo nebo e-mail?
Změna hesla je možná přímo v uživatelském účtu v sekci „Nastavení“. Změna e-mailu je citlivý zásah, který je podmíněn ověřením nové e-mailové adresy a autentifikací uživatele – obvykle prostřednictvím SMS kódu. V případě nefunkčnosti účtu nebo potřeby asistence s těmito změnami se obraťte na podporu.
Jak probíhá komunikace z platformy?
Platforma komunikuje s uživateli především prostřednictvím e-mailu a notifikací v uživatelském účtu. Důležité právní a smluvní dokumenty, upozornění na splátky nebo změny stavu investice jsou doručovány elektronicky. E-mailová komunikace je právně závazná, proto je nutné zajistit, že máte funkční a aktuální kontaktní adresu. O některých akcích může být uživatel informován také prostřednictvím SMS.
Co když se projekt změní nebo zruší?
Pokud dojde ke změnám v parametrech projektu před jeho schválením (např. úrok, doba splatnosti, zajištění), budou investoři informováni a bude jim nabídnuta možnost odstoupit. Po uzavření smlouvy nelze projekt jednostranně měnit. Pokud by projekt nebyl úspěšně zafinancován nebo byl zrušen ze strany Klienta ještě před čerpáním, investice se neuskuteční a rezervované prostředky budou uvolněny zpět na účet investora bez poplatků.
